Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location:

  • USA & Canada: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Nemesis ships worldwide. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A:
Email us at info@nemesiscombat.com – be sure to include your order details. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.


Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: Each product page includes a size chart. If you’re in between sizes or need help choosing, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to guide you.

Q: Are your products unisex?

All of our products are unisex unless otherwise stated.

Q: What makes Nemesis gear different?
A: We don’t cut corners. Every product is built for durability, comfort, and performance, using premium materials and tested by real athletes. We believe in gear that lasts — and performs when it matters most.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: Our gear is designed in-house and manufactured by trusted partners around the world who specialize in high-performance combat sports apparel and equipment.

Q: Will you restock sold-out items?
A: Some products are limited runs, while others are core items we regularly restock.

 

Duties and Tariffs

Q: Do you charge duties or tariffs?
A:
Duties and tariffs are levied by the purchaser’s country. These charges will be calculated at checkout and clearly displayed. This allows us to pre-pay the duties on your behalf to ensure smooth shipping and receipt of your order.

Q: Why are you charging tariffs to USA clients?
A: The US government has recently changed policy regarding products imported from outside the USA. As a result, you will see additional charges for Nemesis products shipped to you in America.

Q: Do you benefit from duties or tariffs?
A:
No. We calculate these charges and pre-pay to make the purchasing process easier for you. The money is paid to customs agencies.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@nemesis
combat.com. Once it’s been shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Q: Do you sponsor athletes or gyms?
A:
We appreciate your interest in representing Nemesis, but we do not currently sponsor athletes or gyms.
